This is a resort construction project located in the Philippines, where the roofing material chosen is MGTHATCH artificial palm leaf thatch (model: MG-P001). The appearance of this thatch closely resembles real palm leaves, with embossed leaf vein patterns that offer excellent water drainage, effectively preventing water accumulation and leakage during rainy days. Only six pieces per square meter are needed for installation to achieve full waterproofing, eliminating the need for additional waterproof coatings or fabrics.
